By accessing or using frontofficegenie.com or any Front Office Genie service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Front Office Genie provides Voice AI Employees and Text-Back AI Employees. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing are documented in your service agreement.

3. Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any monthly plan at any time before the next billing cycle.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, send unsolicited messages outside applicable consent rules (TCPA, A2P 10DLC, GDPR), or impersonate others.

5. Intellectual property

The content, branding, and code on this site are owned by Front Office Genie and protected by applicable IP laws.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Front Office Genie's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date will reflect the latest revision.
